Red Husker Penstemon
Husker Red has beautiful burgundy colored foliage and tall spikes of pure white tubular flowers that bloom from mid-spring to early summer, attracting bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds.
Yarrow - Cerise Queen
Perennial pollinator attractor with rich pink blooms in summer.
Thrives in bright, sunny growing areas.
Muscari - Grape Hyacinths
Hardy, easy-to-grow favorites are exceptionally versatile plants that will thrive in nearly any light conditions, although it’s best to plant them where they can avoid intense afternoon sun.
Virginia Spiderwortary
Expect 4-6 weeks of flowers from spring to early summer are happy with sun to part sun. Perfect for beginner gardeners. Dry to moist soil.

Chocolate Joe Pye Weed
Mounds of dark bronze-purple leaves with deep purple stems provide a sharp contrast to the puffy white flowers. This perennial forms large bushy mounds and as the season progresses, the leaves become dark green.
Forget-Me-Not’s
Soft blue blooms with charming yellow centers delight in the early season garden or meadow. They tolerate shade and partial shade, as well as moist soil and humid environments.

Virginia Bluebells
Hardy, native U.S. perennial produces pretty pink buds that form clusters of nodding, bell shaped, porcelain-blue flowers. When bluebells first emerge in early spring, their striking deep purple foliage quickly turns green. Utterly delightful when planted beneath a stand of trees
Virginia Waterleaf
Forms a 1 - 2 foot high ground cover. The coarsely toothed leaves develop their characteristic "water stain" white spots, as the plant matures. Delicate clustered flowers, range in color from white and pink to pale blue and lavender. A good naturalizing plant for moist wooded areas
Stachys Hummelo
This is truly a butterfly magnet and it isn't uncommon to see many different species of butterflies on each flower spike. It produces dark green leaves and bright purple-pink flowers that bloom in midsummer.
Purple Coneflower
Coneflower (Echinacea) is a dependable and rewarding native perennial for any landscape. Its bold, daisy-like blooms stand on sturdy stems and are highly resilient. They thrive in various soil conditions, are heat tolerant and bloom in summer.
'Desdemona'
Ligularia dentata produces orange-yellow flower in July, making it a standout in the garden and as a cut flower. Heat tolerant and ideal for woodland gardens or shaded borders. Must have moist soils that never dry out. Grows 24-26" tall.
Adam's Needle Yucca
This easy-care succulent is hardy across most of the United States. This shrub can develop a tall, thick flowering stem in summer. These dramatic accents are usually between 4 and 5 feet, however, they do not appear until the plants are five years old.
Double Creeping Buttercup
A creeping, perennial groundcover featuring double, golden-yellow "button" flowers from May to August. Growing 8–12 inches tall and spreading rapidly to over 3 feet via runners, this plant thrives in moist to wet soil and full sun to partial shade.
Rose Campion
Lychnis coronaria has fuchsia-pink, 1" flowers on long fuzzy stems over woolly, silvery foliage. This long-blooming perennial readily self sows to prolong its presence in your garden. prefers sun and sharply drained soil. Blooms early to late summer.
Wild strawberries
Wild strawberries (Fragaria vesca or Fragaria virginiana) are small, intensely flavored native perennial plants found throughout the Northern Hemisphere, often in sunny, moist, and well-drained areas. The tiny red fruits are highly edible and prized for foraging.
Raspberries
Raspberries grow on perennial root systems with biennial canes, producing fruit in summer or fall depending on the variety (summer-bearing or everbearing). Choose a location that offers full sun (6 to 8 hours of sunlight) and well-drained soil.
